About the Artist

Deirdre is a visual artist based in Vancouver, Canada. She received her BA in Fine Arts at UBC, and studied Architectural Design at BCIT.  Her work explores subjects which fall, subjects which melt, subjects which spill, and subjects which fade away.


Deirdre has had recent solo exhibitions at Vernon Public Art Gallery and the Roundhouse (Vancouver), and has shown at Lake Country Art Gallery and in Summer Night Slides with David Wisdom at the Vancouver Art Gallery.
